Return & Exchange Policy

At Aurezza Jewellers, customer satisfaction is our priority. We want you to feel confident with every purchase. If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’re here to assist you.

7-Day Return & Exchange Window

You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible, the item must:

  • Be unused and unworn.

  • Be in its original condition and packaging.

  • Have all original tags and accessories intact.

  • Be accompanied by your order confirmation or proof of purchase.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please provide clear photos of the product and its original packaging. After reviewing your request, we will arrange a suitable replacement or exchange, where applicable.

Exchange Policy

Eligible products can be exchanged within 7 days of delivery, subject to product availability.

If the requested replacement is unavailable, we may offer an alternative product of similar value.

Refund Policy

Currently, Aurezza Jewellers does not offer cash or payment refunds.

Approved returns will be handled through an exchange or replacement only, subject to our return conditions.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Sale or discounted items.

  • Customized or personalized jewelry.

  • Items that have been worn or used.

  • Items damaged due to customer handling or misuse.

  • Items returned without original packaging, tags, or accessories.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery is available across Pakistan.
