Delivery Charges

A standard delivery charge of Rs. 250 applies to orders across Pakistan.

Any additional shipping charges, if applicable due to special delivery requirements or unusual circumstances, will be communicated to the customer before dispatch.

Estimated Delivery Time

Orders are generally delivered within 3–4 working days after the order has been confirmed and dispatched.

Delivery times may vary depending on the destination, courier service, weather conditions, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Please note that delivery estimates are not guaranteed dates.

Cash on Delivery

Cash on Delivery (COD) is available across Pakistan.

Customers can pay for their order in cash at the time of delivery.

Please ensure that your name, phone number, and delivery address are correct when placing your order to avoid delays or delivery issues.

Order Processing

Orders are usually processed and prepared for dispatch after confirmation.

Once your order has been dispatched, you may receive tracking information where available so you can follow the progress of your shipment.

If incorrect or incomplete information causes a delivery failure, additional delivery charges may apply for re-shipping.

Undelivered or Refused Orders

If an order is refused or remains undelivered due to incorrect information, customer unavailability, or refusal to accept the parcel, additional shipping charges may apply if the order needs to be shipped again.
